Intel core i5 processor with intel hd graphics 2500 I still have 9 months of warranty period left.Ĥ. īut I am facing same problem with the new one. I already contacted intel tech support and they replaced my motherboard. some time it stops recognizing usb devices such as usb mouse or usb hdd or usb pendrive by its own. When i am working on windows if any kind of usb pendrive is connect into any usb port (may be usb 2.0 or usb 3.0) it stops recognizing the usb device which is been plugged into usb 2.0 port and mouse stops working.ģ. But if i connect my external hdd into another machine (which is not a INTEL DB75EN Motherboard machine ) it boots properly.Ģ. When i connect my external seagate HDD to motherboard's any usb port (may be usb 2.0 or usb 3.0) it hangs on splash screen and nothing happens. I am using Intel Motherboard DB75EN and i am facing following problemsġ. Processor: 3rd generation Intel® Core™ i7-3630QM with Intel® Turbo Boost Technology 2.0 There is one automatically created partition for the system called "system reserved partition"Įxternal updated Hard Drive: Western Digital My Book 1230 SN: WCC4E1476734įirmware: updated from default to v1.065 using WDFirmwareUpdater (official) Operating system: two partitions with Windows 8.1 Pro. What I do know is that the BIOS version was not updated (it was the last version available) and that the Intel Chipset SW Utility was installed. I belive that the last driver I installed was the Intel Managment Engine. But as I did that so many times I think I need to comment just in case I wasn't right, and this may be consequence of a driver udpate. I must say that I strongly believe that before this happened I already have updated all the drivers and restarted the computer after that.
